Video is the dominant language of the internet, but producing high-performing ads is still slow, manual, and expensive. Brands sit on winning ads and terabytes of content — yet struggle to turn that into a repeatable system for creative scale, localization, and iteration. We’re ending the era of manual video production and making creative performance programmable.

You’ll help build Solid’s GTM engine from the ground up — the messaging, channels, pipeline system, and sales motion that takes us from “strong early traction” to “scaled revenue machine.”
This is not a narrow SDR role. It’s a founder-associate position on the commercial side: high ownership, high pace, and close to the founders. You’ll run experiments, talk to customers daily, and turn what works into repeatable processes — with an AI automation-first mindset.
If you perform, you’ll grow into a leading role in the founding growth team (Growth Lead / AE / GTM Ops — depending on your strengths).
This is a hands-on entrepreneurial role for someone who wants real responsibility early: building pipeline, owning deals, and shaping how Solid sells. You’ll operate across the full funnel — from outbound and partnerships to qualification, demos, closing, and onboarding handoff.
We’re building a small, A* team with people who want to learn fast, move fast, and win. You’ll work directly with the founders and plug into product and engineering feedback loops — because our GTM is tightly tied to how the product delivers outcomes.
